It's everything our TOTAL ATHLETE plan includes & more on a far more intimate level with weekly meetings with Coach B.
The goal of this plan is to focus on 3 areas that coach Brittany and the client decide together need the most attention in their life. These areas can include, but are not limited to; spiritual growth and healing, personal and romantic relationships, career and financial advancement, physical health and well-being and mental health improvement.
