WHAT IS OUR MOVEMENT LAB?

This is a 60-MIN LIVE Movement Assessment conducted via Zoom

“in the lab” with Audacious Athlete Coach Jacky, certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.

The goal of this assessment is to provide anyone who is dealing with pain or discomfort while training and avoiding certain movements an opportunity to find the bridge between an injury and training like an athlete again. This call will provide you with better understanding of the right movement patterns for YOU, a personalized warm up, and core and stability program to help you train like an Audacious Athlete again.

We understand that continuous coaching may not serve everyone’s needs or budget and attending the Movement Lab assessment with a highly experienced coach could be all you need to get on the right path towards training pain free and avoiding certain movements in the gym.

WHO IS THE MOVEMENT LAB FOR?

Anyone who is currently dealing with pain or an injury, have tried different recovery methods and are trying to find a way back into training like an athlete again. 

 

 Anyone who is currently avoiding certain movements due to discomfort but would like to learn how to better optimize their training by incorporating those movements again. 

 

Anyone who has previously worked with, or are currently working with, a Physical Therapist or Chiropractor, and are wanting to find a bridge between what they are currently doing and becoming more active in the gym. 

 

Anyone looking for a great intro into whether comprehensive and tailored coaching could serve you in the future and allow you to connect with a coach. 

  

A former client who wishes to consult with their previous coach in the future to enhance the sustainability of their results achieved.

​Jacky will:

  • Go through different movement assessments including main lifts like your squats, deadlifts and lunges; but will also go through specific assessments based on your injuries and/or training limitations 

  • Give you real-time feedback on your movements, and help you find the best version of each of them based on your body.

DISCOVER PROBLEMATIC

MOTOR PATTERNS,

ASSYMMETRIES & LIMITATIONS

Jacky will:

  • Give you real-time feedback on your movements, and help you find the best version of each of them based on your body.

  • Help you determine if how you are lifting is the source of the pain or is it the reason for injuries reoccurring.

  • See if you have limitations in your range of motion or asymmetries between sides of your body?

Jacky Will:

  • Provide a personalized warm-up, core, and stability program to address any asymmetries, weaknesses and issues you may need. 

  • Address movement selection & programming – needs in your future to continue on the road to improvement in lifting.

AFTER PURCHASING YOUR MOVEMENT LAB...

you will be prompted to fill out a brief  QUESTIONNAIRE. Then Coach Jacky will be in touch via email with all the pertinent forms to return to her at least 3 business days before your scheduled Movement Assessment. Remember, it’s your responsibility to provide the coach with adequate time to review the immense information provided to make the most of your Movement Assessment together.  

If you have not heard from your coach within 24 hours of purchasing your Movement Assessment, then her email may have ended up in your spam folder.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A Movement Assessment does NOT include a strength training program and is NOT "ongoing” coaching (weekly check-ins, open email communication, movement correction videos, and client community access).  All Movement Assessments are conducted via ZOOM and recorded for you to review up to 30 days after your call. The call is limited to 1 HOUR and any further questions or additional guidance will require you to purchase an additional Movement Assessment or Office Hour (this may be a good indication our custom 1:1 coaching is a great next step for you). 

Jacky will NOT review imaging such as X-RAY or MRI, she is NOT a Physical Therapist therefore she cannot and will not diagnose anyone with an injury.  These assessments are NOT meant to replace Physical Therapy.

  

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS THAT WERE SCHEDULED AND NOT ATTENDED.  If you do not provide notice to cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled assessment you will only receive a 50% refund.
